David at Home Depot was absolutely incredible. He spent over an hour walking us through every detail of our shower remodel—from knocking down old tile to redoing the walls, caulking, retiling, and even plumbing considerations. His depth of knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made a potentially overwhelming project feel completely manageable. David truly went above and beyond with his customer service, care, and expertise. We left feeling confident, informed, and excited to start our project. He deserves 10 awards for the level of support he provided. Home Depot is lucky to have him!

This parking lot is easy to miss because there’s a turn right before that takes you into the wrong plaza, and neither road is labeled. Then I get in the lot. Obviously there are handicapped spots up front, but also a ton of “store pick up” spots. They also have all their vehicles and trailers that you can rent parked all the way up to the front of the store, taking up the whole middle row. There’s no parking anywhere near the exit door for regular customers. Not a convenient store if you’re by yourself and are getting a lot of heavy stuff, unless you love pushing your heavy cart halfway across the lot to get to your car, even when the store isn’t busy. The people working in the store were nice, at least.

Had an amazing experience yesterday with Matt H and Linda at the Pro Desk! They were incredibly helpful with my home project with suggestions and finding the right materials! This is why i shop at Home Depot!

I went in to pick up an assembled grill, but after measuring, it was clear it wouldn’t fit in my car. Manager Matt went above and beyond - he took the time to help disassemble the side trays so it could fit. The team didn’t stop there. They found protective materials to prevent the grill from scratching my car and worked together to carefully load the heavy grill for me. This isn’t my usual Home Depot, but the service I received was outstanding. What could have been a simple purchase turned into an exceptional customer experience thanks to their teamwork and willingness to help.

Workers are most of the time knowledgeable and help you find something. Not just pointing you in the general vicinity. Go Home Depot! Keep that a priority 👌
