John was so excellent! He used a big machine to get a whole pallet of ice melt from a very high shelf for me with no complaints. Was super friendly, kind, and helpful. Home Depot is always amazing but I particularly love this store! Always well organized with great staff!

Store hours on line say open at 7:00am Was there to buy flowers in the floral area at about 8:00 all gated and doors closed to customers. Very frustrating. And not very good customer service.

Beware consumers, Home Depot are crooks!!! I made a large purchase and chose the 10% off opposed to the 24 months no interest! I’ve made thousands of dollars in purchases from home depot and thousands of dollars in payments but none of it was going toward my large purchase and have been billed $2,704 in in interest charges! If you’ve made a large purchase beware of crooked purchases and charges!!! I’m going to pay off my home depot card and start making all my purchases from Lowe’s, I’m sure I’ll get better treatment from them!!!

I just bought a home and now I’m here all the time. Nice, clean and easy parking. Edit 5/2: Just went to Home Depot and Mary Jo just helped me with some questions on pilot holes and screws. She’s the most helpful employee I’ve ever encountered at Home Depot! She spent a good deal of time with me, and I learned a ton. Thank you!

We had John (long ponytail) at the Bear Valley location, helped us look for what we needed and he had to get it down from the top shelf. He was super fast and efficient in getting this done for us with a great attitude! Good experience today!
