Very disappointed, the Home Depot Associated proposed the service as an Air Conditioner Tune-Up, instead the Technician came ,and did an 5 minutes Diagnostic of the AC units, like they need some cleaning, etc. Very shady ….Also left half of the AC filter out of the unit. Thank GOd I personally inspected the units after the quick visit avoiding any damages.

This is what this store have to offer, a cardboard with a the word 'broken'. This has been the case for weeks if not for a couple months now... This broken piece of equipment summarize everything for this store!!! They have lost the general sense of customer service... That ancient service of finding in other stores what they have out stock is gone at least for the new employees! Maybe it's because of the pandemia, but in general it has become an ordeal to communicate with them or simply find help!

Great service—proactive communication and did a fantastic installation for us!
