I noticed an item being taken to the back to be thrown away and asked an associate if I could either take it or purchase it at a discounted price. The associate agreed, so I went to find an ASM to confirm. Unfortunately, I couldn’t locate one, and by the time I returned, the item had already been taken to the back and disposed of. This was very disappointing. The situation could have been handled much better with clearer communication or a brief hold on the item while I sought approval. As a frequent Pro customer who shops at this store regularly, I expected a higher level of consideration and service.

I want to recognize this store's Assistant manager "Julio Huaman" for providing excellent service. He was extremely helpfull in understanding a return issue and went above and beyond to help a customer, when other stores would not be willing to help. He is an example of what a good manager shoudl be and wish him the best. This is not AI generated or some paid review, he really does a great job.

I had a great experience at the Home Depot on Flagler. Sonia was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She assisted me every day I needed help and always made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service really stands out — she is patient, attentive, and goes above and beyond to help customers. It’s employees like her that make the shopping experience much better. Highly recommend this store, especially if you get help from Sonia!

Typical HD, they call someone to help you with purchasing a door and no one shows after 20 min. We left, will purchase elsewhere where they want our money. They need to improve service, no wonder store sales are down overall 👀 Otherwise store is pretty good if u know what u need, well stocked
