I want to recognize staff at Sherise at The Home Depot Doral for her amazing customer service. I had an issue with an online delivery, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me find a solution, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Sherise was kind, professional, and truly dedicated to helping her customers. She even followed up and returned my calls when needed, which showed how much she genuinely cared. This real nice store, it's clean and well organized. One of best problems is not all the employees speak English. I speak Spanish but don't know the names in Spanish of things which makes it hard to find things. In Spanish there are many names for the same thing
