MANY GARDENING OPTIONS!! Service - 3 Variety of products - 5 Price - 4.5 Location - 5 Parking availability - 5 While I have been to this store a a few times for other than gardening, this review is for the Garden department. This location is in the middle of Little Havana, with abundance of parking space. They have a great variety of gardening options, much better than other Home Depots I have visited. I was able to find all I was looking for. One thing they need to improve is customer service, robots might be a better fit than them. No one approaches you or offers help and it is not because of lack of employees, they actually have so many. 100% recommended at least for gardening!

Have never experienced this before where an item is priced incorrectly and a store manager, Rodrigo, chose himself to not honor the store's mess up. Worst customer service ever when it is the store's fault. Store manager also clearly stated that whiles yes its normally honored he would not take the mark down. Will make sure to not shop Home Depot again. Have never been completely disregarded like that at Lowes. It really shows that not only is customer service terrible, the store must be struggling for sales and I see why. Would never shop here again.

I had a wonderful experience with Yuneysi at the garden register. She was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to explain the plants, how to care for them, and made sure everything was bagged properly to protect my car. She really went above and beyond.

Richard and Sergio were so helpful. Richard walked with me through the entire store and tried to find me a solution. Sergio also tried to solved my very difficult problem and helped us out. It’s the first time I get such a great service and attention in a Home Depot. Please keep these employees at all costs.
