Unacceptable and irresponsible service. I rented a truck from Home Depot and paid expecting that the insurance and roadside assistance offered would actually work. When the truck broke down, the so-called assistance completely failed. Despite multiple calls and attempts to get help, no one responded and I was left stranded with no support whatsoever. Because of Home Depot’s failure to provide the service they promote, I had no choice but to pay for a tow truck out of my own pocket. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a serious breach of trust and a clear example of how customers are abandoned when real problems occur. This experience shows a total lack of accountability. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. I strongly do not recommend renting trucks from Home Depot unless you are prepared to handle emergencies and expenses by yourself.

“Home Depot has become my go-to place for gardening and small projects. I personally take care of the plants and flowers at the spa, and I love finding new pieces to keep everything fresh and beautiful. Since the pandemic, I started doing more of the handyman work myself — it became my time to unwind and recharge.
