Paul V 3 weeks agoI’ve been dealing with Home Depot and other suppliers for many years, and I can honestly say that Lorena is one of the managers who truly stands out. She genuinely cares, follows up, and makes you feel like more than just a customer. She treats people with respect, pays attention to details, and always tries to help resolve any issue the right way. Even when I have a problem or need help with something, I still enjoy dealing with Lorena because she shows that she really cares. Home Depot is lucky to have her as a manager. She is professional, detail-oriented, and truly deserves recognition. Five stars for Lorena. Thank you for always helping and going above and beyond.
Miriam Alonso a month agoI know nothing about plumbing, but Omar the employee at this branch in Hialeah was amazing and guided me through and answered many questions. Absolutely recommend this Home Depot with this helpful employee.!!!👍🏻 After resolving my plumbing issue, I needed some help with cleaning products. Julio was an absolute, top-notch professional. Both employees are the best go Hialeah.👍🏻👍🏻
coarma 5 months agoA lot of customers, like myself, have noticed Home Depot’s customer service slide downhill. I'm not definitely not alone. A few big reasons people keep running into problems are Chronic understaffing → fewer associates on the floor, longer waits, nobody available when you actually need help, there take it or leave it attitudes. There High employee turnover → less experienced staff who often aren’t trained well enough to solve issues and who done care. There Self-checkout are overload, pushed to cut labor costs at the expense of cystomer services, but it leaves customers frustrated when something goes wrong. Contracto, first mindset, while regular DIY customers often feel ignored while pros get priority. Corporate cost cutting, service quality takes a back seat to quarterly numbers. What makes it worse is that Home Depot used to be known for knowledgeable associates who actually helped you figure things out. Now it’s often “good luck finding anyone.” with their "take it or leave it" attitudes. That is way my preference is Lowes or local hardware stores.
Tyrone Hester 4 months agoWent in after work, needed help with a Milwaukee packout(I was confused lol) and a young lady by Eli helped me get everything I needed for my trip for work. She was so nice! Need more people like her!
Paul V 5 months agoI’ve been a loyal Home Depot customer for over 15 years, mainly in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area, and I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience as good as I did at this Miami location. Anthony, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely outstanding. The moment I mentioned I wasn’t from the area, he jumped in to help without hesitation. He went above and beyond, even taking the time to research products and information online to make sure I got exactly what I needed. You can truly tell he’s a leader who cares about customers and his team. Maria in Pro Services was also incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. She made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Honestly, the entire staff I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Because of this experience, this is officially my “home” Home Depot in Miami. It’s great knowing I have a team like this to rely on whenever I’m working in the area. Huge thanks to Anthony, Maria, and the crew for setting the bar so high.
