Every time I come to this Home Depot, I have a magnificent experience, thanks to Manuel. He is so hard working, efficient, expedient, and caring. Manuel will get cart for me, load it, even when it’s raining! He will insist on me not straining myself, and does it all. He is so kind and genuine. Gilbert is also very pleasant, caring, and helpful. He always asks about my garden, and gives me great advice. This Home Depot is the gem of Mismi, thanks to Manuel and Gilbert! I am so grateful to these stellar employees and human beings.

Today was the best experience I've ever had at a home depot. And I have been to other home depot stores. But after today this store will get all my business. Plus will send all my friends and family there also. 2 Armando and Jacob 2 gentlemen that helped me find the items I was looking for and there were many as I have a few big projects I'm working on. They both were very courteous,knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Not only did they know off the top of their head where to find the items, they actually took a minute to walk me right to them. Thank you guys for all the help you extended to me today. I really appreciated your time and effort helping me find all the items I was looking for. I also had the opportunity to talk with the store manager crystal. Just like Amando and Jacob, Crystal was also very courtesy, knowledgeable and helpful. After talking with her for a few minutes I could see why her staff members are the way they are. She sets a great example and must have a superb training program. CRYSTAL, ARMANDO AND JACOB ARE MOST DEFINITELY ASSETS TO THE HOME DEPOT ORGANIZATION. I normally always have a good experience when visiting this Home Depot but my last experience was so great that I feel the need to write a review. During my last visit, I was helped by service member Crystal Gonzalez. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and help me throughout my entire store visit. The customer service that she showed me was second to none. I will gladly come back to this store and hopefully bump into her again. Phenomenal employee!! Great experience, highly recommend.

Kitchen Remodeling: I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received at Home Depot – Bird Road Store #0206 during my kitchen remodel. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, guidance, and support was exceptional. Eliana Mantilla, the Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant, did an incredible job walking us through the entire kitchen design process. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made a potentially overwhelming project feel organized and manageable. She truly listened to our needs and helped turn our vision into reality. I also want to sincerely thank Mildreth Moreno (COS) and Supervisor Claudia Ulla, who were instrumental in ensuring that every obstacle we encountered was addressed promptly and professionally. Their commitment to follow-through and customer satisfaction gave us confidence throughout the remodeling process. Overall, I am extremely happy with the final results—but even more impressed by the level of professional assistance and guidance provided by this team. Their teamwork, dedication, and customer-focused approach made a huge difference. I highly recommend this Home Depot location for anyone considering a kitchen remodel.
