I deliver for DoorDash pretty frequently from here…but I want to brag on Laneisha in customer service. Not only did she leave her post to try to find somebody to help me but when she couldn’t find somebody, she pulled the ladder herself down the aisle got the boxes off the top shelf opened them and got me the products. It took her all of about three minutes to do it, which is lightning fast in my opinion. She went above and beyond for her customers and that that’s what really matters. Kudos to you Laneisha!

I used Home Depot to have carpet installed in one of my properties! Will never do it again! They installed the carpet with a horrible third party vendor, they left work not complete. I was told by Home Depot that if I bought a transition piece ( I wanted to install one where one was not) they would put it down. Not only did they install it, they also just left that carpet material not cut or played down, it was just up the sliding glass door. They also never put down the transition pieces that were there. I did not know that was not apart of the process. They took closet door off tracks, did not put them back up, to this day! I called and called. They sent them back out to put the carpet down where the left it up. Had to have them out again to install the existing transition pieces which were old and out dated. They used the same old broken, rusted nails to put them back down. I was in the phone bank and forth for months before they just stopped returning my call. My tenant told me the carpet keeps coming up from under the radiation piece exposing nails below. I how a handy man only to find out that in all three bedrooms they cut the carpet too short, they don’t merry the transitions. My tenants grave suffered injuries! Do not ever use Home Depot for your home improvement needs! I am turning my business over to Lowes.

Last week I had the pleasure of being assisted by Denzell at Home Depot, and I truly wanted to acknowledge his outstanding customer service. From the moment he helped me, he gave me his full attention, patience, and kindness. He walked me back through the store from the checkout area to make sure I found exactly what I needed and never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. In a world where genuine customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Denzell was truly a breath of fresh air and honestly felt God-sent that day. His professionalism, willingness to help, and positive attitude made my shopping experience so much easier and more pleasant. Home Depot is blessed to have an employee like him. Thank you again, Denzell. 😊🙏🏽

The entire fertilizer section of the store is stocked with weed killer. Meanwhile the fertilizer is stacked unopened and unreachable above. Terrible inventory management

We take the Grands for the Kids workshop on Saturday morning. You can Google search Home Depot kids workshop and a quick sign up for the workshop. The kids absolutely love it and feel proud of themselves when they see what they've built. The staff is Super Friendly and Helpful! And its Free🥰
