Was searching for a particular flower. Alex met me at the garden and was very helpful. She not only identified exactly the flowering potted plant. I was looking for, but she listened to my description and advised on an alternative that was more cost-effective immediately and let me know that if my replacement died to keep the receipt, it’s returnable for a year. Thanks, Alex. Great work.

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you about my experience today at Home Depot. I had an absolutely amazing experience with the electrical department! The employee who helped was Richard and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to assist. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I had the correct parts, and even offered helpful tips to make my project easier and safer. He also made sure I had the Pro account as a business owner. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly, approachable attitude. You can tell he truly understand electrical products and care about customer service. Because of their help, my project went smoothly and stress-free. Home Depot is lucky to have Richard as employee in their electrical department. Top-notch service from start to finish! Thank you Richard!

My husband and I went to the plumbing section looking for some items. Thankfully we bumped into Carrie R. she assisted us in finding the items we needed. She also helped us with her vast knowledge. Stopped in real quick to grab a kiddie pool on a very hot day...for my dogs of course. Success! $12 well spent 😊🐕🐕🌊 Update: So this pool got flipped over, turned completely inside out then back again, filled up with water & Amazing!!! No Holes!!! Don't walk. Run! to get yours, while supplies last! Must have summer accessory!
