After we received very poor customer service at a local competitor, we absolutely appreciated the time Mathew took to help us with our mower purchase today. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was super friendly. At check out we were also assisted, by Juana who helped us in the self checkout lane. Both offered excellent customer service with a smile. This store was well staffed and had a variety of products to select from. We noticed that all the employees were ready to assist. Highly recommend for your home project needs.

Elio provided outstanding help with my wood selection and cutting board at Home Depot. He was incredibly professional, patient, and clearly dedicated to doing the job right. He took the time to make sure everything was cut precisely and with great care, and the quality of his work really shows. His professionalism and attentive attitude made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Excellent service—thank you, Elio!

I don't do this often, but I just had an exceptional experience inside this store thanks to John, who helped in selecting my new Milwakee set... I built my cart last night thinking I was getting the best deal taking advantage of the Memorial Day sales. John went above and beyond to make sure I was actually getting the best deal, I ended up with a $249 tool for free, I planned to purchase in the future, by selecting a better battery that came with a free tool, and spent $26 less dollars than I planned. This may seem like he just did his job, but he was polite and patient as I had selected tools and batteries from multiple cases, all while other customers asked him questions. The man operated with grace like few do these days.

When I arrived there was ample parking. I went inside and asked an employee where I can find three different items. He stopped what he was doing and walked me to find all 3 items. He said customer service was very important and it's a lost art form. He showed me and made sure it was what I was looking for. After finishing he asked was there Anything else he could help me with. I told him he deserved an A+ and I was truly grateful. The store was laid out and marked with large signs. The isles were easy to maneuver and the store was very clean and orderly. They have ample supply of everything I saw. This is a great store for the do it yourself or like me as a contractor. Very great experience in my book A+

I enjoy my shopping experiences at Home Depot. It has been my favorite home goods store since the first store opened in Atlanta, Georgia about 30 years ago. They have never not had what I was looking for. I usually purchase more than what I go in to buy. Employees are a pleasure to work with. Thank you for being there.
