The location is not the greatest. They’re parking lot not that great. They don’t have a nice drive-through for the pro contractors and the store set up is the worst one Home Depot ever has. I think it’s one of the first ones they did if it was me, I would knock this door down and build another one with all the millions and billions that they make

A typical Home Depot, with an untypical sight (I don't go anywhere): the plants and flowers in their garden are tightly covered to protect them from the cold weather.

It's Florida it rains! Out of all the home Depot stores in the Tampa Bay this one doesn't have a contractor pickup area with a awning ex:.....sun city center/ Rusin location ! I love home Depot heaven but for the location and volume of the customers should really invest in it for example today Thursday the 5th,I check out with 15 2×8×12' and 20 2×6×10'lunber ,so I find myself along with a hand full of customers stuck in the middle of the door north entrance and raining ,I can't believe my boss had block traffic by having to back up to the front door !😲🤯 Multiple billion $ home improvement store why in the hell isn't a pick up awning area I couldn't believe it ! Needless to say that the bottle neck of customers trying to get in the store and leaving was crazy!I you add a awning with parkig for customers with alot of material load wouldn't cause tension between fellow Customers this is the reason why I just gave my favorite home super center this 3 star rating and review ! Really should put a work order for in for one !

Last week my wife and I were in the garden section and an employee actually walked up and asked if we needed help. I was shocked. That hasn't happened at Home Depot in maybe, 20 years. Anyway, Shelby helped us and was so polite and professional. Shelby helped us with ideas for growing plants and our vegetable garden. It was a positive experience and I needed to take a minute to recognize her. Thank you Shelby, I hope you run that whole store someday.
