I want to recognize Mykel at The Home Depot for consistently providing amazing customer service. I shop at Home Depot pretty often for my home projects, and on several occasions I’ve run into Mykel while looking for help. Every time, he has been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. One experience that really stood out was when I was purchasing a bathroom vanity. Mykel helped me get the vanity down and assisted me with loading it into my car, which I really appreciated. While checking out, we noticed there was a price difference between the display price and the price on the actual box. Instead of ignoring it, he took the time to look into it and made sure everything was handled correctly. Because of his effort, he was able to help me get a great discount, which made the whole experience even better. Great employees make a huge difference, and Mykel is definitely one of them. He is always professional, helpful, and patient whenever I see him in the store. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it’s one of the reasons I enjoy shopping at Home Depot so much. Thank you, Mykel, for always being so helpful! 👏

I'm taking an extra step to leave a review for Oscar and Yvette in customer service. They both took really good care of a problem I had with a product that was not delivered to my home by the Home Depot online ordering. I had called the online support number and I was not satisfied with what they were telling me to do. They would not refund the money because they had shipped out $40 blades and they had arrived but the planer we ordered did not. They wouldn't credit us for the blades and ship another planer out. They told me to return the blades to the store and I would get refunded immediately. That did not turn out to be the case either. Long story short Yvette and Oscar both made several calls on my behalf and Oscar is tracking the progress of this for me. A neighbor down the street did bring the planer to our house the next day. Now we are just waiting on the blade refund since they were taken back. I can't say enough nice things about the outstanding service I received from Oscar in customer service (and Yvette on our initial trip to the store). Thank you both!!

Amazing Service from Mykel and Tim! I had such a great experience with Mykel and Tim at Home Depot! They went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed from finding the right items to making sure I understood how to use them properly. Both were super friendly, patient, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about helping customers, but they really did. Mykel’s attention to detail and Tim’s kindness made my whole shopping trip so much easier and stress-free. Home Depot is lucky to have such hardworking and dedicated employees. Thank you both for the outstanding service you definitely made my day!

Purchased a refrigerator, including old unit removal. paid extra for it. understandable. Upon delivery, was told they would not accept my particular old residential unit. No exclusions on website. no explanation in any of the pre delivery correspondence. nothing until they were on site. Now I have to make separate arrangement for removal with a dead unit in my living room. unacceptable.

Rented a van for the first time and I was surprised how easy it was. Rentals are done at the customer service counter at this store and they were very nice through rental and return process. Cost me $19 for an hour...quite the bargain and van was clean and drove well. They are where I will go to rent trucks/vans...
