The police officer at checkout and the employee in the plumbing aisle truly save the day! The lady at lighting was a bit disappointing; she really should be let go. By the way, the cleanliness here is excellent—far better than most restaurant restrooms!

This Home Depot ok has quite a few stuff and also not a lot of people if you need something they take a while to get you your thing the bathrooms clean

I spent a good chunk of time wandering through the aisles here, and it is honestly a paradise for anyone looking to fix up their space. The layout is very organized, so even though the building is massive, I could easily find everything from heavy-duty power tools to the perfect shade of outdoor paint. I was particularly impressed by the garden center, which was full of healthy plants and all the supplies needed to start a backyard project. Whenever I felt a bit lost, the staff in the orange aprons were quick to point me in the right direction or offer some solid advice on which materials would work best for my needs. The self-checkout area was efficient, which I really appreciated since I wanted to get back and start working on my project right away. It is a reliable, high-energy spot where you can get exactly what you need to turn a house into a home.

I had a great experience at the Home Depot Dundalk location thanks to Mike at plumbing department . He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. What really stood out is how patient and helpful he was throughout the process. Mike goes above and beyond—not only assisting customers but also acting as a great mentor with his expertise and willingness to share knowledge. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend asking for Mike if you need assistance!

Place has gone downhill in the past 4 years or so. I've been doing subcontracting work and using this location because unfortunately lowes has a ridiculous delivery fee for contractors. 10 years ago you could walk into the store, ask an associate a question, and they would have an answer. Those associates are few and far between. Most of them have either left or retired, leaving home depot to hire basically high school kids. on the commercials you see adults asking adults questions about their home projects. in this store you see adults trying to avoid the kids theyve hired, because most of them are standing in groups. 5 years ago, I had an issue with a delivery, and within 2 days it was fixed and my men were back to work. A week ago I had an issue and it took them 6 days to respond, and by then i had purchased the material elsewhere so i returned it. The store manager Tiffany has zero skills and blames the customers for issues that cant even be caused by the customer. I've tried to contact the store manager nicholas as it says on the receipt and he is either on vacation or not in the store. i also had an interaction with a person in millwork named tony that smelled attrocious and spoke to me like i was a dog and refused to set a measure up for one of my properties until someone else was there. This place is only successful because of the location, because if it wasnt for that, me and many other friends would not be shopping here. It is apparent whoever is hiring these people knows this and clearly the management and staff knowledge and social skills have nothing to do with the hiring or promotion process. There are a few good people. Look on their aprons and look for numbers over 8, or a bunch of dust and dirt on them. Those are the real heros and unfortunatly the most busy.
