This was a quick stop,went in for beginning flowers to plant in my planters. Kind employees, egar to direct and help you.a fair amount to chose from.pretty colors.few with different $'s ,so I purchased a few trays.easy check out in the garden dept.not much of a wait.

Super helpful employees at this location. I don't usually find that at other home Depot locations but this was certainly the exception and it was very helpful because I wasn't familiar and hadn't been to this location before. I needed something specific that was a little bit obscure. I found a group of home Depot employees working on a certain aisle and they told me exactly where to go though when I couldn't find the item I went and found another home Depot employee and he and I were able to find the item and it was tremendously appreciated. I would definitely go back here if I were in the area but I was just passing through as again the employees were just really helpful and that made my trip there very easy.

I truly think the service desk at Golden Ring Store need to take some courses in CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND DIVERSITY IN THE WORKPLACE. Some have a RACIST ATTITUDE towards white customers. I recently had a rude experience on June 9th. Some customers walked out tired of waiting ant the service desk. All 3 of the cashiers were just standing there. Waiting for orders to come up from the back of the store. They could have cancelled the transaction and waited on other customers. But, the customer waiting for their order could be the next person to be waited on. One lady was trying to return a rug and got so discouraged waiting, she threw the rug on the floor and said….this is what I think about Home Depot, and she left. I ordered a French Door, it was supposed to be a left hand in-swing and it came as a right hand in swing. The ONLY really helpful person is JOY in flooring. She is African American but treated me very nice. I had a wonderful experience with JOY. This store GOLDEN RING needs people who want to help, not just collect a paycheck!

Good store they do have a lot of supplies here at this location better then the one on eastern ave para mis premios aquí no andan muchos ice pero con calma but other then that 5 out of 5 starts at this location.

The best Home Depot ever been to easily. I was doing my first tile job and an employee named Phoenix walked me through every step and showed me the exact products I needed. I was very impressed by the level of customer service and professionalism. I’ll drive out of my way to come to this Home Depot.
