These paper towels are a great quality. They were $.98/roll in 2025. Now they are listed at $1.48/roll. I understand inflation is causing a wide array of price changes. But my GOD!!!

THE WORST HOME DEPOT. Racist and profiling. They had Milwaukee pack outs for sale for discounted prices. After I walked over to check them out immediately a rent a cop came over and was basically watching my every move (understandable giving how thefts occur). I was interested in the deal they were offering and took it to checkout area (20’ away). The employee pointed me to a register and began scanning my items. I told her I wanted to verify the discount before I move forward with my purchase of the pack out. Immediately she gave me a snarky remark and said “do you see these price tags this is well over that sale price. People must have added this as it isn’t valid.” Implying either myself or another person made it up. So immediately I asked for her manager. I was met by more rudeness and she ignored me to help three other customers who didn’t seem to need help. Complaining there’s a line with open registers she hustled another customer on as he just got to the register before making the call to her manager. The manager came over and immediately said I was wrong too. I told him look dude there are 15+ more exactly where I got this 20’ away with the same deal going on. I watch him walk over and verify. Asking the employee in that area they confirmed the sale. The manger came back and then made it out that maybe I added extra stuff/changed out attachments. I said compare the prices and the other one listed for the same price with same equipment nothing extra. The manager hit discount and boom the sale price came up and I was told “sorry you were correct the discount had to be hit” to deflect as if it was my fault or no one’s. They walked away. No meaningful sorry.. I began scanning the other items I had. I paid, got receipt and began to walk out. When the same employee who greeted me with her rudeness immediately said “let me see your receipt you said those were separate items and I didn’t see you scan them”, as she stood there snarling at me when I was scanning, paying, and loading them up. All on camera.! She was very rude and very profiling. I immediately told her I work hard for my money and I don’t understand why I’m receiving all this rudeness from them at this store. Asked her name and was giving “Michelle” as her name tag was all covered up intentionally. Time and date: 6/18/2026 02:52PM All this can be verified on the cameras and amongst employees nearby. This store is ridiculous and lacks customer service. The same employees demanding more money per hour that don’t assist at all. Also maybe be more familiar on the sales… especially with father’s day and 4th of July around the corner it shouldn’t be nothing out of the ordinary. On the plus side I got a crazy wicked deal on the pack out and there are plenty left. Hopefully you have a better experience.

I had a great experience at Home Depot’s blinds department thanks to Esteven Molina. I purchased blinds and he went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Esteven followed up with me several times, kept me updated, and made sure everything was on track. His professionalism and customer service really stood out. Highly recommend working with Esteven if you’re shopping for blinds at Home Depot!

Mostly people working their that dont have a clue about construction tools or hardware. A lot of women. Everything is going all automated when checking out. The prices should be cheaper when you have to spend 25 minutes to find something odd ball that do all of your own ringing out.

Store was well stocked... I was there to get myself a air conditioner... They were a little pricey but I found one that would work for my house... little more than I wanted to pay but what isn't these days 😕
