Organization at this store is pathetic. Whoever decided to remove the numbers from the faucets (how you find the one you want) is an idiot. Im not digging through 100 unorganized faucets to find the one I want. Im a plumber ,I do this 4-5 times a week. I dont have time for that. Ill take my business to Lowes

This home depot has to have the most horrible service when you need something that is locked up in a case. Stood around for 25 mins after being told someone will meet you there in the aisle. Nothing but employees just walking around no one stopped and ask if I needed help.

Tried to buy a Trager grill yesterday. Noone would help me. Approached 3 people for assistance with the 3rd one instructing me to wait in line at customer service while she laughed and giggled with a "coworker" Terrible experience! I did not get the grill and left the store dissatisfied!

Horrible customer service, waited for 48 minutes while listening to a phone ring that no one could pick. This place needs serious help and employees that want to work instead hide

Smaller Home Depot than I’m used to and both times I’ve gone to make returns. The staff at the returns is always super kind and helpful.
