I like going there sometimes - even when I don’t need anything because I often see new products that I’ve never seen before. It’s a great place just to wonder through. I especially enjoy their garden shop for all the plants and flowers, great selection that they have every year. I get my soil amendments and mulch from there. The prices are affordable for me and my budget. They also have a good selection of bird seed and feeders.

I thought I would just get a beautiful rug and go since it was 6:30 am. I asked for assistance and the guy with coach tag said he would help but I waited for him nearly 22 minutes in the rug area. Thank God Leslie was able to assist me. She help measure the rug, make a choice, and carry it to the front for purchase. Thank you Leslie!!! You're the best..5 stay thanks to Leslie.

Denny Hemp is awesome and so so helpful. What a great guy who helped me cut everything to size as needed. Another associate, I believe her name was Madison was also incredible. Every associate here is friendly and nice and WANTS to help instead of just standing around ignoring you. Goodbye Lowe’s, hello Home Depot!

I stopped by Home Depot on 3/25/25 at 1:39 PM to grab a few snacks and checked out using my credit card. The person standing near the checkout, simply observing, was incredibly kind. They told me to have a great day—and honestly, small gestures like that really stick with customers like me. It’s a simple thing, but it shows that you’re not only kind, but that you genuinely enjoy your job. That kind of attitude makes a difference and keeps people coming back. Great experience!

I went to this Home Depot to exchange a gift. The gift was a brand new hacksaw toolkit. When I opened the box, there was the incorrect tool (used), a battery charger and a used battery. The only “new” item was the battery charger. I suspect it was intended to be an open box item but was not marked accordingly. I had an electronic receipt for the new (not open box) toolkit and was told that nothing could be done. No exchange for same item and no refund. The staff wouldn’t even look at the receipt I had. Ridiculous policy to offer electronic receipts but not service them! If you do shop here be sure to keep your PRINTED receipt!
