Upgrading my closet and making the decision to shop at Home Depot was a win! Found some discontinued penny items for the upgrade and the service was amazing. They honored the price since I already had them at the register. Exceptional experience!

Worst customer service ever at this location I’ve been in Store for an hour and now trying to get some panels cut. I’ve walked up to the pro lumber area three separate times and asked for someone to please come to the saw, I was allowed to three times by the cashier saying someone was back there waiting once I get back there. No one was there. The fourth time I went back upfront again and asked for a manager this time I have not seen or heard from a manager to assist. It’s crazy how a customer He’s trying to spend $600 in the store and you can’t even ride the basic Customer Service. At this point, I’m really thinking about returning the merchandise that I’ve already started with because of the lack of customer service, How are and purchased it again at Lowe’s

Swung by yesterday because I needed some vanities for a project. While browsing, I was approached by Keosha who happens to be the department manager. She helped me find exactly what I needed and even walked me up front and rang me up. Another employee helped me load shortly after. I was in and out of there in no time. Overall a great experience.

Was visiting from out of town and Stopped by to check out their garden center. This was by far the BEST garden center I've ever seen at Home Depot. You can tell they take the time to care for the plants here. The open area where all of the flowers are is gorgeous. I really enjoyed walking around and looking at the plants and flowers.

This is one of the cleanest and best Home Depot’s I’ve ever been to!! Super super helpful staff all so friendly and actually helping and working. I don’t review Home Depot much but this one was really worth the time. Especially the Jamaican Lady at customer service desk!! She’s so sweet and helpful always looking out for everyone and everything. I must say the price of wire went up DRASTICALLY!!!! 😜😜😜🤦🏻‍♂️. Best Home Depot experience I’ve had yett seriously love this one, that and they have a super fire buffet in the corner of the same plaza!! River buffet!!! Unbelievably good and all you can eat lunch for $11!! Trust me that’s 🔥 for how good this food was!! Great experience from this Ohioan!!
