I had a good experience coming here the inventory that it showed online was accurate which was really helpful because I needed a specialty product and they said it was an inventory and I came and it was there. Also the front desk staff was helpful Steven was a huge help checking me out today highly recommend him as a good individual. Good person to keep on the team give that man a raise

I’ve been a Home Depot member since 2018, and overall this Pineville location has been good to me. The store is clean, organized, and the customer service is friendly. The staff are kind and helpful, but sometimes it can be a hard to find an associate right away. The inventory is fine, parking is easy, and every now and then you can catch a good deal. Overall, it’s a solid store with good service, and it’s been my go-to for tools and home improvement projects since I joined.

As a consumer and a business account with the HD today 3/26/26 at 7:25pm was a horrible experience with this location at the cashier check out. I always purchase everything I need for my household hardware needs from the HD. From Ryoby to Husky trying to support my local business including air filters. 1- I drove to buy a 16x25x24 set of 2 air filters. There was only one set left and it was broken and opened. I asked Don, the customer service representative if he had any more. He said no, and his answer was I can give you this last one for 50% off since 1 filter out of the 2 is broken. Which I agreed to and it makes. 2- when I got to the register, the cashier Leah attended me, she was normal, neutral and nice, just like Don, but another short lady ( look at the camera and time as described previously) was very offensive, disrespectful and even questioned her intelligence. In all my career and customer driven oriented relationships seen this kind of behavior, attitude. Sadly I don’t have her name but Don and Leah can provide the details Mrs. Val. 3- Prior to heading to the cashiers, I was already given a price by a HD associate, Don, and at the end declined by the unprofessional female assistant. I will make sure that this communication reaches HD headquarters not because of lack of integrity. Because of the lack of professional communication from the lady. I don't often go to this location, but felt compelled to leave a review after interacting with the employees. They were so pleasant with each other and with me. Made me feel like I was in a small family run business. Shout out to Deb who helped me with my duplicate keys and the uplifting conversation.

I intend to express my dissatisfaction publicly on social media. We received a new stove/oven from Home Depot on Thursday. By Monday, all burners had ceased functioning, and subsequently, a fuse blew. Home Depot's policy states that replacements are not offered after 48 hours. This incident occurred 96 hours post-purchase, and I was directed to the manufacturer. Fortunately, a technician visited today and determined that the damage occurred during shipping. Consequently, I am without an oven and stove until, hopefully, November 10th. Home Depot, I urge you to improve your service. This will be the final appliance we will purchase from your company.
