I came into Home Depot to pick up a DoorDash order and asked for assistance. I was directed to the customer service area, where two employees, Lisa and Ben, were present. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. We were not greeted properly, and neither employee seemed willing to help. When I went to Ben, he sent me to Lisa. When I went to Lisa, she sent me back to Ben. This back-and-forth went on, and we ended up waiting 10–15 minutes for what should have been a quick and simple pickup. Both employees came across as nonchalant, with no sense of urgency to assist customers. I recommend improving customer service in this area by ensuring employees are trained and motivated to help promptly and respectfully.

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot on Wendover Rd. thanks to Taneka. She truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. From the moment I asked for help, she was attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I found exactly what I needed. I also have to mentioned that Tessa and Joe also provided great customer service. Joe answered all my questions, and ensure I felt confident in my purchase. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference, and it’s clear all 3 of them take pride in helping customers. Home Depot is lucky to have them!

If I could give a negative star for this store, I would. Drove all the way to the store because the Home Depot app said that they had all the stuff that we needed for our project. When we get there and the two gentlemen working in lumber, can’t help us cause they don’t know where the items are, They had zero motivation to actually help us find our items. I called the main office and spoke to somebody in customer service and ask them to send a manager to us, Waited for 15 minutes no Manager showed up. My wife called to speak to a manager and got the 20 questions of why she wanted to talk to one. When she is finally able to speak with One, he was rude and asked the 20 questions over again. His name is Chris.

My dad and I just went to grab a piece and were met with such helpful staff. We didn’t get his name, but the gentleman had on a duke hat and let us know about a product that was exactly what we were looking for and a great price point. He went above and beyond!

I come to this Home Depot often, and the staff at this location is completely unhelpful. Nobody ever knows where things are (even when HD's website says there is stock at this location), they are not friendly / don't want to be bothered with questions, and cannot provide any information on how certain products should be used or applied in home projects. Always dread going here.
