Justin and Eddy did an excellent job helping us with our refrigerator move and installation. They carefully moved our old fridge to the garage without any damage and made the entire process look easy. The new fridge was installed quickly and professionally, and they made sure everything was set up and working perfectly before they left. They were respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s not always easy trusting people to move large appliances through your home, but they handled everything with care and confidence. Really appreciate their hard work and I highly recommend their services!

CSM Johanna and store manager are both worthless. Every single aspect of this store fails. Their version of “pro desk” is completely incompetent. Not one employee has any experience with building, painting, lumber, remodeling, designing or ever having lift a hammer or nail. Clueless and incompetent. Management is greedy and clearly stated their only priority is making as much profit as possible. They cost us around $3,500 in roof issues. They offered next to nothing to correct the issue and said we won’t do anything to remediate our mistakes unless if you spend $30k or more on more orders. They said It’s not worth our dip in profit to address. We took our $41,319 order to Lowe’s the very next day and had no hiccups at Lowe’s. Receipts to prove it. Run away.

THE BEST HOME DEPOT!!!! I CALLED TODAY AND MISSY HELPED ME .SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE WENT BEYOND AND ABOVE, TO MAKE SURE MY ISSUE WAS SOLVED. THANK YOU SO MUCH MISSY!

I love the Home Depot but on this visit I purchased one bale of pine needles in the garden center but when I went around to get the pine needles I was told I paid for pine straw, not pine needles. I was told I would have to go to customer service get a refund and then come back and purchase again the pine needles. Needless to say I wasn't going to customer service for a $7 refund of pine straw. Instead I had to make another purchase for the actual pine needles. I wasn't a happy camper on this particular visit but will check my receipt to make sure it's correct so this doesn't happen again

After confirming inventory of the correct size hvac filter we needed online, my husband came to this home depot to purchase it. He was not able to locate it on the shelf and asked associates on the floor and at the customer service desk. He showed them he was able to order it online for pickup but was not able to find it on the shelves. He was informed this location didn't have it. My husband left the store and I was able to place a pick up order. The filter he was looking for physically in the store is now sitting in my house after we picked up our order from the same location. Home Depot, do better. Try a little harder to assist your customers and make this make sense.
