Some of the employees here are the greatest! Always helpful and courteous at this location. I think when you shop here often your face and positive interactions makes it hard to be unforgettable. Thank you for all that you guys do! Just finished a floor install, DIY project. Pricing for the flooring was very reasonable!

This is more of a review on Whirlpool vs a review about HD. In the not so far past we purchased a brand new set of WP appliances, Air Fryer oven/Stovetop, Refrigerator/Freezer,Microwave over the stove, Dishwasher. The standard set of appliances. I can't recall how much they all were i believe under $5000. That's still a decent amount of money. All of them have had nothing but problems. The Dishwasher doesn't dry well no matter the setting. The light under the microwave blew within a week, the ice maker on the freezer went out within 8 months. There is a burner on the stove that got so hot it warped pans, that was from the first use. They came out and replaced something on the stove, I assume it was the burner element. It worked for about a year and now its doing the exact same thing, it goes from 0° to 700° in under 30 seconds on LOW, yes on LOW. This was a brand new oven/stove around 2 years ago and this will be the 3rd burner element it has had. I contacted Whirlpool and explained it to them and they basically said oh well we got our money you can go on about your way now. Needless to say we have not been happy with these appliances and if I could return them for a refund I would instantly, even a partial refund. I know that wont happen. The next thing I know to do is tell you to stay away from them in my experience. It has been awful, Their customer service is horrendous, they keep you on hold hoping you will hang up. Their online chat is useless, its a bot that takes you in circles, they eventually connect you to someone after you wait for about 20 minutes and that person is as useless as the bot. They are junk appliances and I will not be purchasing from a company that doesn't back their appliances. I don't think its unreasonable to believe these appliances should work for longer than a year or 2.

We are frequent customers at the Matthews Home Depot. You really have some great people working there. Customer Service Marilyn is always smiling & friendly & quick to help us. Then Brad in Hardware is always willing to help us talk through a project & get the necessary materials. Check out with Wendy & Elizabeth always helpful & smiling. It has consistently been our go to store.

I was looking for an item and asked two customs service representatives, and the service wasn't the best. But I finally met a girl named Azul, and she really helped me find what I was looking for. She even took my money, and I want to give her 5 stars for her excellent service

I recently rented a van from this location and had a wonderful experience. One of the staff members (I don’t recall his name, but he was wearing a hat) went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. We were having a difficult time completing the Clear verification process, but he remained incredibly patient and guided us through each step. His calm and helpful attitude made a stressful situation much easier. He even went the extra mile by helping us get to our rental vehicle so we didn’t have to walk to the parking lot after an already exhausting verification process. That small gesture meant a lot and was truly appreciated. Thank you for the outstanding service!
