To me, Home Depot has one of the best competitive prices when it comes to the big bucks stores, and this location has been my go-to ever since I moved to this side of town. The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.

The old redhead woman an customer service was completely rude and did not even acknowledge me after standing in line to request help in the lighting department. Fortunately I asked associate on the floor to assist me. Please ask your customer service to actually offer service to the customer.

Laura's customer service was exemplary today at the Steele Creek NC store. We were attempting to open a credit card and make a purchase and we ran into a small snafu. Laura went above and beyond to help us with the credit card and our purchase. We left very very happy customers. Wish there were more Laura's in the world.

I had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to manager Anna Maria! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to assist me, and made the entire shopping process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Anna Maria if you need help — she’s the best!

Was looking for some firewood in preparation for the extreme cold moving into our area. Saw online that this home depot had it in stock. Found a associate right away who pointed out where it was and how to go about making my purchase. The whole thing took about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Great experience.
