Exactly what you want from a hardware store visit — went in knowing what I needed, found it without any hassle, and was in and out efficiently. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate. I went to Home Depot to buy camping gear that I had seen online, but it turns out those items are online-only and not available in-store. It would be helpful if this was more clearly indicated while browsing. The store itself is large, clean, and well-organized, with clearly labeled aisles. There’s a good variety of products—from tools and fasteners to home decor and outdoor items—and it’s easy to navigate. Verdict: Great selection and layout, but double-check in-store availability before visiting.

Came to Home Depot to find some wood for a DIY project. It's my first time so I spent more time in there than necessary and I had a toddler with me. I had a lot of questions and every single question was answered with such patience and kindness. It was the best experience ever and encourages me to try to DIY more often. The two people that helped me were Chase and Andrea, I would recommend them 1000 times over. Best customer service I've ever experienced at a hardware store. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Needed 20 #80 bags of quickcrete, they had exactly 20 on a pallet but would load it onto my flat bed truck. Kinda dumb to hand load 1600# onto a cart, then into my truck, cashier needs common sense

I feel that I miss out on outside chairs, they had removed it a bit too early and the store was getting ready for winter. I was also looking for a heater, which too was unavailable since it was bit too early for winter. I was suggested to go online, purchase them , and have the items delivered to the store. The customer service personnel were helpful and pleasant.
