This is, without exaggeration, one of the most poorly managed retail locations I have ever visited. The absence of accessible customer service is astounding employees are virtually nonexistent on the floor, and when assistance is needed, it feels entirely unattainable. What is most concerning, however, is the apparent indifference at the management level. The store manager demonstrated a striking lack of professionalism, urgency, and accountability. There was no visible effort to address customer concerns, nor any indication of leadership presence. The overall demeanor conveyed disengagement rather than service. If you are on any sort of time constraint, I strongly advise reconsidering this location. A routine visit can easily become a 40-minute ordeal due to inefficiency and disorganization. The operational shortcomings are not minor they reflect systemic management failures. This store would greatly benefit from a comprehensive restructuring of its leadership approach, as the current standard is far below what customers should reasonably expect. And honestly, it’s better to go to HR versus leaving a comment on the location, it’ll be an automated response and that’s as far as it goes.

Dealing with the staff at this location is a wild experience. What was less than a week turn around process with Lowes for my front door measurement and install, has been now 2 weeks with still nothing scheduled with Home Depot. I booked a professional door measurement, the contractor came out a little less than a week after booking and said I would be contacted within 48hrs to give me a quote and finalize the project. I waited 2 business days, no call, no quote emailed so I called the store. I was told there was a note down to call me and that I would be contacted. I receive a call 2 business days after that. Very helpful employee, but he mentions that my project had already been marked complete and that's why I hadn't received a call. He apologized and I understand mistakes happen so no problem. He told me he would email me a quote and call me back in the afternoon to finalize the sale. I waited the rest of the day with no call, no email. I called again the next morning only to deal with insanely incompetent staff. The first person who answered my call didn't understand what a door install was. Had no clue apparently that it was a service his store offered? And his final descision was to transfer me to bathroom appliances....After 2 more transfers to the wrong department, I get a hold of someone to help with my project. This gentlemen is helpful, emails me a quote right over and said he would call me back in the afternoon to complete the purchase because he needed manager approval to complete a sale over the phone. I wait, no call. I call back at 5,5:15,5:45. Only to be transferred and it keep ringing with no answer. I decide to call back again the next morning. 3 calls, each time i'm transferred and disconnected after a few rings. It's like you don't even want business i'm just trying to make a payment for godsakes. This has just been the most ridiculous experience with a big retailer that i've ever had. And also to note, this isn't my usual location and I haven't experienced issues of this measure at other home depots. Try to make sure your staff is atleast capable of understanding what services their store offers and how to transfer phone calls.

Terrible location. There was a noticeable lack of associates anywhere in the store—trying to find someone for help felt impossible. They only seemed to appear when they were ready to leave about 20 minutes before closing time, which made getting any assistance nearly impossible. For a store of this size, the lack of available staff is ridiculous. Corporate does not seem to value the customer or they would hire better workers at a decent wage.

The rental shop doesn’t track their equipment properly. I rented a piece of heavy equipment online using the Home Depot app. I called the store to confirm that they actually had one ready to rent and then drove 30 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived, I saw two units in the parking lot, apparently ready to go. However, when I tried to check the gear out, neither one of them was rentable. I asked the people behind the desk to try to determine why their app said that they had available equipment but yet nothing was available. Unfortunately, they could not answer that question. I asked the manager to at least inspect the equipment to see what was wrong with it and see if it could be fixed, but he refused to do that also. This is the second time this has happened to me at this Home Depot location when I try to rent equipment. I can no longer trust the management at this location to manage their equipment properly.

Anytime you visit this store just ask for Bobby. He’s the best of the best. Amazing customer service, very patient with the customer and has so much knowledge and experience with anything that you need. Bobby thank you boss. Appreciate the help. 5️⃣⭐️Bobby.
