I’m pretty picky when I do shopping for my projects. Home Depot has not let me down once I cannot say the same for their competitors. The level of customer service and attention to my request is beyond compare.

I would like to share feedback regarding a recent experience I had with your company, which included both a concern and a positive outcome. Initially, I spoke with John, the manager, regarding an issue with a porch sliding door I had recently purchased. He assured me that he would address the matter, mentioned that he would send an email, and informed me that someone would be at my home the following day before 11:00 a.m. Based on that commitment, I postponed other personal plans. However, when no one arrived, I called to follow up and was informed that there were no notes, appointments, or records of the request in the system. This was understandably frustrating. That said, I would like to sincerely commend Derrick for his outstanding service. He handled my call with professionalism and urgency. Within an hour, he arrived at my home and repaired the sliding door quickly and efficiently. His responsiveness, skill, and customer care truly stood out. Derrick represents your company exceptionally well. Employees like him make a meaningful difference in the customer experience, and his efforts should be recognized.

Dishonest business and rude employees, plus bad customer service. An item on display was marked on sale, only to find out at the register that it was actually a different "finish" of that item that was on sale that they had sold out of long ago, and didn't have in stock anywhere either. We had already picked out and purchased a few items in that style for the bathroom and were handled very rudely, and then to top it all were kept waiting at the customer service desk to return it.

We were in need of a new dryer since the old one failed and I had repaired it many times in the past. I was an appliance installer and repairmen. Went to our local Home Depot since it was close and had the same dryer on sale as Best Buy. The lady in the department was awesome at answering my questions about delivery times and delays, removing the old dryer, and additional costs. Unfortunately she was at the end of her shift. She told me the next person would 'Take great care of me". He did complete the order and setup the delivery date and time. The way my wife and I were treated though was like we were occupying his time. I told him the measurements for the space and without glancing at them he told me that they are all standard. FYI when we purchased our refrigerator (at Best Buy), the customer specialist noted that it was 1/2" too high and we had to trim the cabinet before delivery. Please at least take a moment to look at the information the customer has provided. He then said that we needed to buy a new dryer vent. I told him that I had a new one purchased at this store that was still in the box. Didn't care had to purchase a new one. (I then returned the previous, un-opened one following the install). Finished the sale, stapled his card to receipt and we were done. The installation went great, installers were nice, on time, no problems except I had to loan them some tin snips (purchased at Home Depot) so they could modify the vent duct work. No problem, just they are representing you and could use a more complete tool kit. I would have returned this info in your post purchase survey, but it was already closed. It would have been a really great experience if your student would have treated people with the kindness deserved when making an expensive purchase instead of being treated like you were ordering french fries at the drive thru. I believe that with training he can get there. There is no need for additional emails.

It's always a challenge to rate this store. Sometimes they have great help and happy staff and other days not at all. They have kids days and it's hard to move throughout the store but don't want to complain they are doing something nice for kids for free. Aka my dime from all the profits from my purchases lol. The ales are full of displays making it hard to maneuver about but at the same time I don't want to not see a decent deal. Overall I'd rate this location a 92% Have been back sense last review nothing new to report, similar experience.
