I want to recognize the exceptional service I received yesterday from Melody, Nelli and a tall, blonde, and very strong woman whose name I did not get. I needed help locating an item and also needed help getting a screen door carried to the front for checkout. The woman, whose name I did not get, picked up the screen door like it was nothing, and carried it to the front! After I paid, Melody and Nelli cariied it out to my husband's car, and with some assistance from Teddy, worked together to get that door in my car! They were all exceptional, so kind, friendly and determined! I greatly appreciated them going the extra mile. Home Depot is certainly lucky to have the on their team!!

Bought garage door opener and had installed by Home Depot. This was a great experience from purchase to install. The installation was fantastic. Easy and quick. Our previous opener was over 20 years old. We wanted to get replaced before it stopped working. We love our new Chamberlain with battery back up and camera. What an upgrade! Thank you Home Depot!

This used to be one of my favorite stores to buy plants from because of the wide selection I rarely go here anymore One of your employees always gives me flack when I'm bringing in a return The last return she basically said I couldn't return something unless it was brought from her store I used to do retail even a manager and I know chain stores accept returns from any store they are affiliated with I don't see what the problem is if I have a receipt with the item home Depot has a policy on returns and plants I've been buying plants for over 20 years I was buying them when home Depot guaranteed plants as long as you had them as long as you had a receipt I have about 80 plants I never have a problem in any other home depots . Lowe's Walmart or Kroger but this one That's why you never see me anymore I have a receipt and I doubt you do this to anybody else the fact that I take the money from the return and buy more plants spending more than I returned is crazy that you would treat someone like this your attitude sucks lady I hope you see this and realize that you are practicing discrimination because I guarantee you don't have an attitude with anyone else that returns something with the receipt always having something smart to say the fact no return is even a year old and I know that because I came from another state and I just started my collection over this past February

The store is nice and a nice section of Gahanna Ohio and I was in the area needing of some pest control so it seem like the perfect stop and get. This is just like every other Home Depot franchise so you know what you’re getting and how it’s laid out when you get here. My only reservation about this place is that when I got in there and got into the pet section there was somebody who works here in that area I wanna start asking questions he was a bit standoffish and immediately left which was not helpful in anyway. Find the upside he seem to come right back as I was leaving the area. So was he slacking and being part of the quietly quitting culture in America today yeah he was it was sad to see but that is today’s America guess. Anyway all in all I’d give this place a double thumbs up to it’s nice and you know what you’re going to get

We bought a dewalt lawn mower 2 months ago and one of the batteries died. We were told they could do an even exchange for the battery so we came back the next day with the battery and receipt. This woman made us out to be fraudsters and called the manager immediately saying the battery is old. We’ve been buying here regularly for YEARS. Honestly shocking and terrible treatment we’ve never experienced before. Luckily, dewalt is sending us a replacement.
