Wii shop so much at the home Depot we should own stock in it there's always so much to look at I could stay in there for days and still not see everything The store is amazing The staff is beyond helpful they're so knowledgeable if they don't know an answer to my question they will find it for me they never point me in a direction they always walk me there to make sure I find it they have an ownership mentality and you can still tell the staff is more like family than employees they value the quality of service they provide and treat every customer as if they were the only person in the store I can't say enough about them and I would recommend them to anyone amazing job we are lifetime customers

I came in and I had a list probably like 5 items to get in the flooring department !! Mind you I had noooo idea of what I needed beside the flooring company giving me a list to get supplies for my blind uncles kitchen floors!! So I go to the floor department and it was a caucasian older lady and it was another customer she was helping!! So I waited and at the station desk where the employee lady came up asking if I need anything, while the customer was looking for a flooring to order!! So I told her I had a list of a few items and I had no clue what I was getting or know where to look for!! She was like I can tell u the area but I’m help finishing up with this customer and she said she got 45 minutes until she was off! I told her I would wait but she wanted someone else to help me and told me to go up at customer service because she was busy focusing on finishing up with the lady and getting off work!! I didn’t think it would take that long and for the items I needed it probably would have been 5 minutes ! I told her these items are very important that I get the right stuff because they are supposed to put the flooring in next week!! And I asked her could she go the extra mile to help me and she didn’t!! I go up to customer service like she said and someone would help me order these items and they had no clue how to help me and they said she was and Is the only person in the flooring that day!! So no one helped at all!! I was so upset and disappointed!! I didn’t cuss or anything I simply left quietly!! I went to Lowe’s and Menards and everyone took the time to help and got me everything I needed for my uncles floors!! Just know even tho she wasn’t nice and didn’t help I was able to experience excellent service elsewhere!! Home Depot please handle customers with care instead of not helping them because you want to get off on time. SMH

I needed a side mount toilet handle in a pinch. I called the Brice road store because it was the closest. After waiting on hold for at least 6 minutes I was finally connected to the most unfriendly, uncaring associate. I wish I remembered his name. It was mid-afternoon this past Monday. When I explained what I needed specifically, and that it had to be a side mount toilet handle, not a universal mount, "we have a few, you'll have to come look"..... I added if he could look and see if they were in stock just to make sure, his response was "you just need to come in, I know we have a few last time I checked".....very unprofessional!! I will go out of my way to avoid this store in the future!

This is obviously a poor experience and nobody in this company or this location will take accountability for a wrong delivery sent me a vanity worth $800 and shipped the toolbox that I was waiting for for $1600 with their third-party delivery service that screwed everything up and nobody wants to take accountability and Welp. You’re stuck with this and Welp somebody got something way better than I got absolutely unacceptable. This is not the first time I try to make a large purchase with this location. The first time I a large dent so bad I couldn’t even open up the bottom drawer. How do you slap the wrong shipping label to something not even close to what was ordered. I will never understand. Customer service is absolutely terrible at this location. Multiple instances with this location all I’m trying to do is spend money and I get screwed over by incompetent store managers, and associates. When I called to make this situation be known that store manager lied to me and told me my package will be shipped June 1 little did I know that it was already shipped to somebody else and only lied to me to get me off the phone.
