No longer a fan. Just a series of minor annoyances while shopping. Self check was the last straw. The plastic bag situation is the worst. While trying to separate a bag to put my stuff into, two clerks 10 feet away had a lovely conversation while watching me struggle with the bags. Will drive further to ACE going forward.

Never shopping here again. Delivered wrong product TWICE, then kept me waiting on hold for HOURS. Beware do not have them ship items to your house. They contract with 3rd parties so no one is held to account. I ordered 5 bags of unfaced mineral wool insulation - on the first day they deliver 5 bags of pink fiber glass. I contacted Home Depot and they basically said “oh gosh, this never happens, we don’t know how to fix this.” So they initiated a return of the delivery after they asked me to personally return the items (Can you believe that?), then, created a new duplicate order for delivery of the correct items. The duplicate delivery showed up and I was glad I was on site, because I could immediately see it was the wrong product yet again. I ran outside, and rejected the delivery. I immediately called Home Depot, and they placed me on indefinite hold. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I hung up and canceled the order all together. Now the scheduled return pickup for the wrong items they initially delivered is being rescheduled to a different day. Just sloppy. No respect for the customer or our time. Totally disrespectful.

I'm in the middle of remodeling my bathroom and I ordered some glossy tiles online which I loved and after ordering those I needed more so we went to the store with the ID number and picture of the tile and they gave us the boxes, I brought them home and the workers started to install them, but I didn't notice the home depot person gave me the matte ones and not the glossy ones, I gave the home depot employee the ID number so he could give me the exact same tile, and he gave me the wrong one. Now homedepot does not want to take responsibility over this mistake, I messaged customer service online and they told me to talk to the store, and now the store supervisor is saying he needs the tiles at the store to give me a refund. So it looks like they want me to brake them while removing them from my wall and floor, and bring them like that to the store, and also pay more money for removing them and install the new ones, and Home Depot is not going to cover any of that. The least I would expect was from them to tell me to bring the ones I haven't used and refund the money for the whole order they messed up, but no, now they are trying to blame it on me when I gave them the ID number and trusted they gave me the correct ones. I learned my lesson and I will no longer buy at Home Depot and recommend you to just find another store because this one will not take responsibility for their mistakes and you will end losing money.

This is not my normal homedepot I go to. Compared to the one I normally go to this one is laid out very different. Unfortunately that makes it hard to find what I was looking for. They did seem to have more things in the store than my normal location. The staff was not friendly at all. No hellos or can I help you find anything even though I'm visibly looking for something. There was a roof leak with 5 gallon buckets under it in the middle of the main asel. I was thinking man if only a place around here sold building supplies. Overall I would give them a 78%

SLOPPY. Placed an online order to the Westerville store for delivery. They transferred the order to Lewis Center who then transferred it to Sawmill. The order showed up at my house incomplete. They substituted two 20 lb bags of grass seed for a 40 lb bag but then counted it as two items...meaning when they counted all items they shorted a different item. I called the store regarding the missing item. The manager said she would personally refund it the very next morning when she would come in. She didn't. I then called customer service who said they would refund it. They didn't. 10 days later I'm still chasing down my refund. I've been told by customer service that refunds are handled only at the store level and that I need to go to the Sawmill store to do this in person. Keep in mind I paid for delivery to not only avoid going to the store, but it was Home Depot who transferred the order from Westerville to Lewis Center who flipped it to Sawmill. So I not only end up going to the store...I have to go to a store 45 minutes away! You should refund the delivery charge as well.
