I had a great experience with Sarah in the paint department at Home Depot! Even though it wasn’t her assigned department, she went out of her way to help me find a pre custom paint and place a reorder for me. She was fast, friendly, and provided excellent customer service the entire time. It really made my visit smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Sarah, for going the extra mile! 👏🎨😊

First off, I am a huge Home Depot fan. This store seems confused as to whether it’s here to serve the consumer or the pro. Quite a bit of clutter in the aisleway, many staff bustling around, but only one who was helpful. I’m glad Home Depot is coming to Shawnee Oklahoma where I live and won’t have to travel to the city to shop stores like this one.

EDIT: Almost unbelievably, the second door was delivered DAMAGED and now I must wait another TWO MONTHS before the **third** door arrives. This level of incompetence is something I've never witnessed by any company. TWO MONTHS of waiting for a single interior door, and Home Depot managed to fail at every single stage of the process. After weeks of radio silence, I had to hunt them down only to be told my order vanished into an "IT issue" black hole. It took multiple phone calls with store management just to get the bare minimum—an assurance that the door was actually ordered. Fast forward to today: the contractor arrives, and what do they have? The WRONG DOOR. The level of pure, unadulterated incompetence from start to finish is staggering. I’ve wasted two months of my time on a team that clearly can’t handle a simple order. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this location at all costs.

Home Depot on N May is a Good place to shop. They have Good People in Plumbing Dept who are knowledgeable. The morning Guy has helped me a few times to fix my toilet. You can ask him where things are in the Store and he knows where it's at. I think he has been there more than 15 years. I have been shopping there that long, Good Service Good Place.
