Becarful when making purchases at this location!! My receipt said I could return within 90 days but there is a hand made sign only at customer service that says 7 days on heaters. No where else in the store has this posted. Of course you have to check out yourself and no one tells you this either. When I tried to return the extra heater purchased they wouldn’t take it. Box never opened and purchased other heaters just needed to return the extra one purchased. If this is their policy they need to update their receipts to state that! Poor customer service. We will start shopping at Lowe’s.

I like Home Depot, where we recently bought over 25 pavers for our backyard. The gentleman's that have helped us have been very helpful and courteous when loading our truck.

The Home Depot on South Shields Blvd in Oklahoma City was a convenient stop for home improvement supplies and project materials. The store had a wide selection of tools, hardware, appliances, paint, garden items, and repair supplies, so it was easy to get several things in one trip. I liked that they offer in-store shopping, curbside pickup, and delivery, which makes larger projects more manageable. The location was easy to find, and the overall shopping experience felt practical and organized. Overall, it was a dependable place for home repairs, DIY projects, and everyday maintenance needs.

We were looking for soil and bought some. However we didn't buy any indoor plant because of the high prices. $14.99 for a small plant is just too much. We had to ask 5 employees until we got the right information where to find ice melt. The 5th employee was the only one interested in helping us. Others were just busy talking or seemed to know less than customers!

Home Depot's corporate policy contradicts customer service. How can a store only hold the customer responsible when employee error causes the majority of the problem. Home Depot nor Dewalt are removed from my tool chest
