Sage 5 months agoI usually don't leave bad reviews but this is necessary. I purchased some items took them back to my car, my dog was in the car, the dog jumped out, I ran after the dog and in the process I ripped the receipt that I had. I need this receipt for non-profit organization purposes. I take the receipt back inside to ask them to reprint it. None of the terminals and the customer service area would do it. They called the manager in the back. Ask me for the first six digits of my credit card , and then verify the last four digits on the receipt. The manager asked the lady on the phone what time it was, how much was the tax, how much was the total, how many items, etc. still could not print me a receipt. I waited about 20 minutes. And told him I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager came up front and I said, I just need a receipt. How hard can it be? She couldn't do it. So I went back to my car got all the things brought aak the things back in, returned them, and bought them again, and got a receipt.... If the manager couldn't figure out how to solve the problem. Why didn't she suggest this from the jump. Instead of me waiting for 40 minutes and then figuring it out myself?
Braydon Hornbeck a month agoI was returning an item to this location and they tried telling me that I stole it because they could not find the transaction. They told me that they could not search for the transaction that’s why they prefer a receipt. Then they proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I stole it or never paid for it. Then they proceeded to ask for my card after 10 minutes of arguing and Kaylynn who was the person helping me decided to finally look up my transaction history after telling me for the past 10 minutes that they could not do that and that’s why you bring a receipt. I love Home Depot but this experience may change that for me. The manager who was also helping was just as rude if not worse then Kaylynn it was a disappointment to see a company like this treat loyal customers this way. DO BETTER.
Charlie Jacob Marshall 6 months agoThis one worker her name was lyric I think was super helpful… she searched that store up and down until she found what I was looking for. Not to throw any shade at the other Home Depot’s but the service is usually terrible, not this one!!! 10/10 would shop again.
Alexa Rittberger 7 months agoI came in for zip tape and had no idea where it would be, asked 3 people who kept telling me it was on aisle 7 (where the painters tape and duct tape were) I looked up and down that aisle for 30 minutes asked one more person for help, her name was Jamie she was an absolute ANGEL! She met me and my kiddos with a smiling face and was super helpful even when my one item list turned into 2 after a phone call to the hubs she helped me find the second item in record time. Y'all better give that girl a raise or a bonus or something! She was terrific!
Rob Fernandez 2 months agoI ordered a Vaughn 999 100% USA made hammer, I had to order it online because power tool companies have taken over the hammer selection (all made in Taiwan btw) not sure what Milwaukee knows about making framing hammers but okay. When I went to pick it up the 2 ladies at the pickup counter so nice.
