✨Helpful front desk online/pick up with lockers also. Great location and good prices/products. Kudos to this location Especially John P.(paint dept) Computer couldn't find paint codes...but still color matched the paint and worked diligently to get it done. Sean at checkout was nice and knowledgeable about whereabouts of products.

Stopped in today to pick up a few items. While walking towards the hardware section Clyde approached me which a friendly smile and helped me find exactly what I needed. Not even 15 minutes later he passed by and helped me again. Absolutely fantastic customer care! I also was assisted by Will at the customer service return desk. He answered all my questions and helped me with a battery exchange. Great attitude as well. Hats off to these guys for excellent service! This is why I shop at this store.

I had a great experience in the paint department thanks to Hayden! She was so nice, polite, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain the differences between several paint options and helped me choose the right one for my DIY project. Her knowledge and patience made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. Excellent customer service—thank you, Hayden! 🎨👏

I needed a 16 foot 2 x 12 cut into 3 63 inch sections so I could fashion 3 stair stringers without the hassle of securing a 16 foot plank in my 4 and a half foot truck bed. Unfortunately, after waiting for anyone to show up at the saws, after being called over the intercom, the nice young associate walked back to the saw to tell me, "they said the saw is broken". I replied, "both saws are broken?" There are 2 saws in the cutting area. She replied, "yes". If you buy that, I've got some oceanfront property in Arizona, from my front porch you can see the sea. Now if you'll buy that I'll throw the Golden Gate in free. 😄😄😄 Lazy folks, lazy, lazy folks. What a shame.

Home Depot at NW Expressway is my favorite. Employees always ready to help and find what you need making your trips faster. Easy access, big parking lot and easy to load and unload your car/truck.
