Lets just say that Jodi at check out reflects her personal racial opinions and provides terrible customer service when questioning a price she is offended and rudely told us well pull your card out then huffed and puffed when when I asked to price the remaining items correctly. Behaved like a 3 yr having a temper tantrum hollering for other employees to help, it wasn't worth the embarrassment hope the 30$ difference gave her the actual day she deserves. Hope management responds with appropriate action.

Bought a new refrigerator and the delivery experience was lacking to put it nicely. The two delivery people seemed more like they just wanted to put the fridge anywhere on my property and just leave. They insisted I needed a plumber for the water line connection even though the shutoff valve was right behind a panel on the wall. A panel they would not let me open to show them. Now I have to wait another 3 days for the installation. Home Depot support was equally lacking in its customer service unable to help me with the delivery issues outside of just rescheduling me. When you pay a company that much for an appliance you expect much better. Very disappointing.

Great store with great employees. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Was looking for something that the app said was in a certain place but had been moved and the staff helped me to find it

Im a loyal Lowes girl but this time I had to visit Home depot. The item that I wanted was giving me difficulty ordering online. I went in store and 2 guys at the pro desk weren’t of much help. I went to customer service and thank god for Melany. She was friendly, fast, and understood my issue clearly and resolved it quickly. And she had the patience of a saint. So glad she was working today and now I dont have to worry about my issue anymore. THANK YOU MELANY!!

I had a great experience with Brad first in the rental department he was Awesome!!! Then a beautiful young lady Lex in customer service was outstanding i mean so perfesonal she helpes me with signing up for tax expemt very patient!!! And the beat of all was michael!!! That guy he was so great at what he does i mean he had me laughing full of energy you guys have a great team there!!!! My favorite home depo
