I recently purchased 3 sliding glass patio doors. After trying other retailers without success I went to this store and found excellent service. The salesman on duty was knowledgeable and courteous to the extent that I placed the order without further shopping. If you go to this store look for Lee Rigsbee in millwork and doors. He arranged delivery for us and when the delivery people got the order mixed up he immediately got things straightened out. I would recommend Lee for employee of the month if I knew how.

I go to this Home Depot on a regular basis. I have started using. the Ryobi tool line which I believe is a brand owned by Home Depot. I went to the store last night to buy a Ryobi Brad nailer. It cost $150. But online Home Depot offers the exact same tool along with a FREE battery. Since the batteries cost around $80, I asked the service desk if they could honor the price that is advertised on the website. The service desk refused and I also spoke with the manager and he said they could not give me the advertised price. So I ordered it online and I got the tool and the free battery and it has free shipping. So it is going to cost Home Depot more to bring the tool to my house then to just let me pick it up in the store. I do not understand why corporate Home Depot would inconvenience a paying customer who is standing in the store so much. Delivering this tool to my house costs you more money and it made me annoyed with you. Good job. Last time I was at Home Depot an employee asked me if I wanted to fill out a survey in exchange for a $25 gift certificate. I took the time to fill out the survey, and it turned out to be a scam. They never gave me the gift certificate. Other than these two complaints, overall, I like Home Depot and shop there once or twice a month.

Customer service here is a joke. Had a team member and a manager standing there having a conversation while I was standing right there waiting for them to talk they both looked at me and then walked their separate ways without ever acknowledging me. Pretty typical for this store . Employees seem more concerned with talking amongst themselves and then scatter when customers come up for a question.

I wanted to leave a review specifically for Derrick, the Home Depot delivery driver who dropped off my gardening supplies. He truly went above and beyond what was required. He was only supposed to leave the items outside, but when he saw I was by myself, he kindly offered to help and carried everything into my garage for me. He was polite, respectful, and very patient, and his kindness honestly made my entire day easier. Moving heavy gardening supplies alone can be overwhelming, and Derrick’s willingness to help meant a lot more than he probably realizes. Customer service like that deserves recognition. Thank you for having employees who genuinely care about people, not just the delivery.

It is ridiculous that they have forklift operators who can only load their outgoing freight. And dont know how to unload a trailer. I highly discourage delivering here.
