Went into this store today for advice on staining products and application techniques. Associate in the paint department acted like he could care less and just handed me a brochure and said to follow instructions on can. Very poor customer service. You lost a sale today and will no longer get my business 👩‍💼 on products where I have questions. Keep in mind customers spend a lot of money rebuilding their decks and when they have questions, either answer them or get someone else to help the customer.

Took 30 minutes to get someone to help us and when we finally did the young girl just sat on Google trying to find what I was looking for. I had photos from THAT store and the size I needed but just kept getting the run around about nobody there to get the items down off the shelf. After about 45 minutes I just left with NOTHING. I drove over a hour to purchase these items they had on the shelf!

Attempted to call appliance department for pricing. Spoke to someone in India, Pakistan or somewhere off shore. Transferred my call to a millennial, eventually transferred to appliance to APPLIANCE DEPT, NO ANSWER. Transferred to another extension, was transferred back to the APPLIANCE DEPT, NO ANSWER. I guess major appliances are flying out the door so fast they can’t answer the phone. More than likely they are hold up in a stall in the appropriate gender bathroom on their cell phone like half the employees usually are. Home Depot figure out a better way to accommodate your customers. You’re using 2 tin cas and a string technology, maybe a pager or something else?

If I could give 0 i would. I recommend never buying anything from home depot online. They told me my pergola would be here the 5th I showed up to get it they said it wasn't there that it would be in the next day the 6th so I came back the next day the 6th and they told me that it wasn't there again and that it would definitely be there the next day the 7th they called and checked tracking. Showed up the 7th and they said that it still wasn't there it would be in by end of day. We'll its the end of the day and I get an email saying its not been shipped it would be another week at least... they keep giving me the run around... never buy from home depot!!!

Home Depot offers a shipment of packing items that can be delivered to your home. I ordered it on the website expecting it to be delivered to my front porch, as the box is quite large and heavy. They decided to use FedEx Ground to send me the shipment, which cost over $200. Why Home Depot doesn't instruct these deliveries to be directly to the customers front door, I'll never know. Instead, FedEx Ground delivered to the mailroom instead of delivering to my actual home front porch. I cannot fit package in my car and I cannot lift it. I've been on call to FedEx 6 times. I also tried to contact Home Depot to no avail. What a horrible experience this has been Home Depot. Maybe you should've used UPS for your ground shipping because FedEx promises to get the matter resolved when you are on the phone with them, and then they quickly close the case once they get off the phone with you. Horrible service!
