Anker in Lumber was an Amazing fellow! So hard to find good customer service these days but I lucked out wih this location. This man went above and beyond for me in finding the materials I needed to complete my fence- even connecting with different Home Depots where they had what I needed in stock. Thank you so much for encouraging me to complete the project! 😃

I ordered delivery before 3pm. I was working in my front computer room with windows towards the driveway from 4:30 onwards. At 5:26, I get a delivery update "Deliver missed" at 5:19. "Looks like we missed you. We are working on getting your order to you ASAP." Haha. I never had anyone come up to the door or give me a call. I called the 1800 customer support, who couldn't help me because " the item was returned to the store." He transferred me to the store directly, who told me it was now in a locker and I can come and pick it up. Not what I wanted at all!! So I drive over there, get a locker code from the service desk, which..... Is invalid!!!!! The young service desk employee was overwhelmed and unable to help. I waited for a manager to open the locker for 15 minutes. The manager was the only competent person there, helped me get my product, and was kind enough to investigate, and even refunded me part of the purchase. He was clearly stressed and he was needed everywhere in he store at the same time. I felt bad for him. Employees there need more support!!!

I like this store. The clerk was helpful helping me find a product. So for so good. Two thumbs up. I went early this morning and rented a chain saw. I took a small tree down. The two men behind the counter did a great job assisting me with that endeavor. Saturday I went to this same store and bought a wine cooler. Very tough to beat Home Depot's quality of assistance for the costumer. I went back today and rented another chain saw. Excellent service The men who run the rental section do a great job.

People were super friendly and happy to help. And actually had employees waiting to check you out. Unlike Lowe's where only 2 out of 8 self checkout were open/working..

We came to pick up some guttering material for our home. Brandon, the sales associate was fixing to clean up an organize that isle and let us go ahead and get what we needed. He went above and beyond to help us find what we needed, he even went so far as to crawl under the shelves to reach an item we were looking for. There aren't alot of people like him in this world and I hope that's not taken for granted.
