I don’t go to Home Depot often, but after today’s visit, I definitely will from now on. The store was organized and easy to navigate (I’ll admit, I cheat and look up aisle numbers online 😄). Big shoutout to Debbie (or possibly Debra) near the storage containers! She helped me find exactly what I needed to store books until I get a new bookcase and even suggested smarter ways to pack them. When I mentioned how heavy they’d be, she recommended a dolly and walked me over to where they were. She was so kind, funny, and helpful! 💬💪 And you really can’t beat the price sturdy 27-gallon storage containers with lids for only $6.99 each! 💰👏 Even checkout was great the staff were friendly, helpful, and upbeat. Overall, an awesome experience. Home Depot beats Lowe’s any day! 🧡🏠

Corey and the service dept were simply amazing! He checked out my purchase super efficiently and was the pinnacle of professionalism! Janice was also fantastic and very knowledgeable - showing me where all the power tools were I needed to get back to the job site and work on our reno.

While I was moving out of my old house this home depot was so helpful to me! The team was extremely educated and committed to helping me get the most out of my security deposit with my home repair projects. I know when I come here I will be happy leaving.

I try to only leave positive reviews, but this store just irritated me. They didn’t have what I came in for (my mistake for reading the website wrong) but when I asked an employee about it, he literally turned his back to me as he was finishing his explanation… to front-face a shelf. (Low priority) Then as I was walking down another aisle, a different employee was standing in the middle of the aisle on his cell phone, and couldn’t be bothered to excuse himself when I tried to walk by, let alone offer to help me. I got a glimpse of the phone as I walked back, just to gut-check and make sure it wasn’t work related… he was scrolling through WhatsApp. VERY disappointed in the world today, and the lack of “customer service” from this stores employees.

This was the second AWFUL experience I’ve had at this home depo rental. Our last rental experience was terrible and I thought it might be a one off. Oh no. We rented a closed van because we were moving apartments and it was going to rain. When we showed up to pick up the van it had been canceled. They canceled it because they over book and then cancel at the last minute. They didn’t call or message to say it had been canceled. We were shocked because it was our moving day. They did not care. They didn’t apologize. The manager in the rental section was very rude. He didn’t even take 2 minutes and help us find a solution. No apology. Nothing. The lack of care was wild to me. We asked if we could have a discount for a larger covered truck. Absolutely not they said. We ended up renting an open truck and my furniture got wet. If you need something reliable do not rent from here. They overbook and they will not care about your situation. Just rent a u-haul.
