I have been updating a room and really appreciate all the service from Josh and Alan in the paint dept. They have steered me to great, affordable products, helped me color match, and lifted heavy buckets of primer & paint into my cart. Out in the hardware aisles, Melkniah helped me find multiple products on my shopping list, all the time with a smile and an easy going spirit. I really appreciate the service I've received this week - thank you, Home Depot! And yesterday I showed up at 6am for an emergency supply run. Dave M. saved me by noticing my search, then finding and pulling down extra inventory from the upper shelves. Great guy, kind service!

I had a great experience at The Home Depot. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Checkout was quick, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely one of the better home improvement shopping experiences I’ve had.

So grateful to the always great staff—and wanted to give extra thanks for the outstanding job the Home Depot in Bellevue has done to make sure we were all ready for the upcoming storm. It’s hits tomorrow and they are still bringing generators, gas cans, shovels and any other needed supplies. Also, the customer service has remained top notch when the employees are working through the preparations and facing the same storm themselves.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Formal Complaint — Home Depot Bellevue Tn (High-Risk Customer Experience) I am submitting this review to formally document a serious customer service failure at the Home Depot in Bellevue Tn involving a $1,000 Champion generator purchased via online pickup. Upon arrival, the generator box was severely damaged and taped back together, showing clear signs of mishandling. Given the nature of the product (emergency power equipment), this raised immediate concerns about possible internal damage and safety risk, especially with a winter storm imminent. When I raised these concerns, Assistant Manager Alyssa failed to provide clear reassurance on the return policy, declined to offer alternatives such as sourcing an undamaged unit from another store, and repeatedly deflected responsibility. Her primary suggestion was that I should “try it” and return it later — effectively asking me to assume all risk on a potentially compromised product. The only other offer made was to open the box and visually inspect it, which does not address internal mechanical or electrical damage. This approach demonstrated a lack of understanding of both product liability and customer safety expectations. The Store Manager, Jason, was unavailable for escalation and would not return until the following morning, leaving no leadership support during a time-sensitive purchase tied to emergency preparedness. This interaction created the clear impression that customer concerns were being minimized post-sale, potentially to avoid immediate remediation or encourage extended warranty purchases after the fact. Whether intentional or not, this perception is damaging to customer trust and brand integrity. Home Depot is a national brand built on reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this Bellevue location fell significantly short in: • Customer care • Risk management • Accountability • Brand representation I am requesting direct follow-up from Home Depot Corporate or Regional Leadership to address this incident, review store practices, and ensure customers are not placed in similar situations involving high-risk equipment. Until then, I cannot recommend this location and encourage customers to carefully inspect any high-value or safety-critical purchases before accepting them.
