I had an excellent experience at self checkout with a lovely cashier by the name of Fatima. She gladly assisted me with my Home Depot credit card application and ensured all of my questions and needs were addressed. Always a pleasure shopping at this location!

Home Depot is my go to for my basic Electricle and plumbing needs...Recently at the Home Depot in Antioch TN. Bell RD. During the ice storm they were without power and still open helping area residents with generators and emergency needs...The management and staff did and awesome job...very proud of all of them..

Roger from the paint department was phenomenal! We are painting and wallpapering our nursery and he was such a huge help and went above and beyond explaining all that we need to know (we know nothing so it was so appreciated) thank you Roger for being such a gem and made our shopping experience so great! Can’t wait to come back and show him the finish product! He is so sweet and genuine!

Worst customer service I have ever received when trying to do business as a contractor to a store we frequent daily. I’m not from this area but partial to Home Depot as I’ve been treated properly at every other location. Waited 20 min in the electrical dept and after asking three times for help to open a gate to buy wire I was told the electrical guy is on lunch. I ask for a manager, one walks up (kind of helpful) and I told him it’s hard to believe they only have one employee that can help get wire behind a locked gate. He proceeded to ask what I needed and helped. Another female, manager I assume, walked up with an attitude problem and proceeded to take my merchandise to the register. She ask where I was checking out and rolled her eyes when I told her the pro desk. We get to the pro desk and are helped by another employee with an attitude problem. She was not as bad but still very unprofessional. I would not let this happen in my business and I feel the owner of this establishment should be made aware of what’s actually happening inside their store. This location was Hermitage TN on Old Hickory Blvd - Store 0733 Check out time was - 12:45pm on 5/13/26

I want to give a shout out for an employee named Chesney Dearth for working with me in finding a perfect Christmas Tree for our family, a 7.5 foot Flocked Grand Duchess Tree. She was very thorough in answering questions and helping me understand how to put the tree together. It only took me 20 minutes to unbox, put together, and plug in our tree!!! I was so happy with all the help she gave to us. What a kind and caring employee you have! This was at the Home Depot in Hermitage, Tennessee.
