Absolutely hate this store and coming here. No one helps or offers to help. I needed some wood cut and emo kid with face mask and silver chains said he was busy and there was someone else that cuts wood but he ‘had no clue where he was’ and walked away. Complete garbage

I had an excellent experience at this Home Depot location while purchasing a patio conversation set. Upon entering the store, Amiee approached me and asked if I needed assistance. After I explained what I was looking for, she provided thoughtful guidance and informed me about a display set that she believed would meet my needs, and informed me that they needed to get rid of the display. She personally showed me the display, encouraged me to submit an offer, and contacted the store manager to obtain approval. And in seconds, the set was mine. She walked me to Customer Service to make sure it was a smooth transition. Queen was also extremely helpful and assisted me in arranging the pickup for the table. Following the purchase, Zay assisted with loading the items into my vehicle, ensuring the process was smooth and efficient. All three associates demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness throughout my visit. Their outstanding customer service made this a very positive shopping experience. I will certainly continue shopping at this location and appreciate the excellent service provided by Amiee, Zay, and Queen.

I came in looking for shipping materials to wrap a very valuable antique mirror. Alanna was so helpful finding the right material and size box for the mirror I brought in, and kept everything below the budget I wanted to spend. I continue to have positive experiences at this particular Home Depot. Thank you!

This was my first time renting through home depot and man I just wanted to say how simple and easy they made it for me i went to get some nails for trimming and i was lost looking for what type of gun i needed and the nails it was this black kid up there James I think it was he was very respectful and helpful showing me the stapler i needed and the nails to go with it. I will definitely be coming back when i need something else!
