Terrible experience with Home Depot’s appliance delivery service. I received the automated message about 30 minutes before the delivery team arrived. I have a newborn at home, so I left a clear note on the front door explaining that the door was unlocked and asking the drivers to come in. At minimum, I expected them to knock, ring the doorbell, or call me. Instead, they did none of those things. They apparently sat in their truck for about 20 minutes, then left a door tag saying I was not home. The most frustrating part is that the delivery photo they took clearly shows my note on the door, so they were aware of the instructions. I called customer service immediately, and the only solution offered was to reschedule the delivery five days later. No urgency, no accountability, and no attempt to fix a problem caused by the delivery team failing to make any reasonable effort to complete the delivery. This was a very poor customer experience, especially for an appliance delivery. Based on how this was handled, this will be my last purchase from Home Depot.

I am at the paint. Nobody is at the paint counter/check-in. 4 Home Depot people are the customer service right next to it unoccupied. I try to make eye contact"" to see someone can help. They all turn their head the other way to avoid to have anything to do!!!!!! You can get decent or crap bottom customer service..... Now you know

Always a bit busy, but I so some products sell out, but if you're ever buying some wood and need some help, you can always count on (ill find his name) to help you find the right wood and help you design a build. Last thing we designed was a $60 'rig' to hold the hard top for my jeep

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting this Home Depot location and Leo made my experience 10/10. His level of customer service and attention to detail is unmatched. Not only did he guide me to where the product was he also explained how to use it. Thank you again Leo you truly saved the day.

Loved this place. Pretty clean and organized. Remember to bring your wallet, they don't support tap to pay with your phone. I just moved in nearby and I'll be coming here often. Especially like the fact that it is nowhere near as crowded as the ones in the suburbs. The cashiers were very helpful. Garden center is awesome. Very nicely put together. This is the best Home Depot I've been in - hands down.
