I have been shopping at this Home Depot for over 10 years, and Francisco in the Paint Department is the primary reason I remain a loyal customer. Every time he mixes paint for me, it is 100% perfect. Recently, I had a very frustrating experience over a sample of paint. The color was mixed incorrectly by other staff and didn't match my wall at all. When I asked for an exchange, a younger girl at the return desk and a male associate in the paint department were very unhelpful. They refused to acknowledge the store's mistake and insisted I pay for a new sample. Fortunately, Francisco stepped in. As a true expert who has helped me for a decade, he immediately resolved the issue, processed the exchange, and mixed the color perfectly. As my photos show, the paint matched my wall instantly with just one coat. I am very disappointed with the poor attitude of the other associates, but Francisco's expertise and dedication are exceptional. Home Depot is lucky to have such a reliable and professional employee!

Very big store, well organized, and they have everything you need. I rented some equipment and the process was easy. The staff were helpful and made the experience smooth.

The other home depot screwed up the order and i was told to go to this order because that's where the materials were being shipped to my job from. Christy and the manager on duty Mario were able to rectify the situation. Store looked nice and neat, too.

I am writing to formally complain about a repeated and uncomfortable experience I have had at this location. I have visited this store three times, and on all three occasions I encountered the same individual who appears to be an undercover shopper or loss prevention employee. Her behavior has made the shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. She openly follows customers from aisle to aisle, stares continuously, and makes it very obvious that she is monitoring people for theft. This conduct feels invasive and creates an unwelcoming environment. On two out of the three visits, I felt so uncomfortable that it completely ruined my shopping experience. Her behavior is so obvious that I had to ask a cashier whether she actually worked there. I was told by staff that even employees feel anxious around her and that she has been reported multiple times, yet nothing seems to have changed. That is very concerning. I want to be clear that aside from this individual, the cashiers and other staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The issue is isolated but severe enough that it discourages customers from wanting to shop at this location. Customers should not feel like they are being targeted, watched, or treated as suspects while shopping. This is a serious problem that reflects poorly on the store, and I strongly urge management to address it. Please take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure a respectful and comfortable shopping environment for all customers.

You can tell that Kevin the “store manager” lacks customer service skills and experience to be a leader in this business industry. The store is a mess. Not to mention the fact that there are so many safety concerns inside the store itself. Additionally the amount of random people outside asking for jobs and selling stuff is ridiculous. It’s so unsafe to go here at night. All the good workers left because of Kevin’s lack of leadership to make this store a safe place to shop. A lot of workers are clueless about how to do things and where to find things. Lastly the restrooms and the outside of the store look like they were abandoned by the staff. It’s so fifthly. Please change leadership in this store to make it safe again and enjoyable to shop at.
