I so love this store! The employee by the name of Ms. Denise help me out with all my supplies that I need, I had ordered over night, but it wasn’t ready! She call in the back where the guy that was in the back told her in plane sight he was doing something else! She gave my name to him and everything, need to so more I had to be to work as well! So she called Mr. Ian who came to my rescue to save the day . He took a look at my receipt and within 5mins I was ready to go! Mr. Ian placed all my garden materials in my car and I was on my way to work, thank you Ms.Danise and Mr. Ian for making my day just a little bit easier! And Home Depot thank you For hiring these two magnificent people!

Shoutout to Tanisha!!!!!!! I walked into Home Depot 6/30/2025 looking to purchase a garden storage shed however two employees standing near the entrance door looked at me and never said one word. I proceeded to the garden center where there were a couple of employees standing and they never said anything to me. I decided that maybe I needed to buy somewhere else (even though I have a HomeDepot credit account) maybe there didn’t need to sale any merchandise today. As I was leaving I decided to also look at some refrigerators because i was also in the market for one, and as soon as I entered the appliance center Tanisha said “good morning sir have you been helped” I said no but you’re the first person to greet me in this store. I told her that I was only browsing the fridges today, not looking to purchase but long story short I decided to purchase the fridge simply because Tanisha displayed awesome customer service!!!!! Home depot you all need more Tanisha’s in your company!!!!!!

This is by far the best home Depot that I've been to in Houston ! It shows that it has to do a lot with management. As soon as I entered the store no matter where I was at I had workers asking me if I needed any help with anything. And this is from young people to older folks. You don't see this at any home Depot. Most of them ignore you or they try to walk away from you or you try to ask them anything and the act like you're bothering them. I wish this was closer to my house but it's not. Everybody's very attentive. Definitely one of the best home depots to shop at.

Be aware of the creep weirdo in a blue shirt. We've came to this home depot many times and have never had a problem until today. Some weird creepy looking dude in a blue shirt kept appearing where we were. We thought "maybe its a coincidence," but then he kept on appearing next to us more times than comfortable. Allegedly we weren't being followed (confirmed by the creep allegedly) just thought i should let people know, if you like being followed(allegedly) you should definitely check this home depot out.

I ordered a storm door. They were supposed to send someone to measure the door. They lie and said they came and problems would have to be fixed to install it. They actually never even came. They charged me to come out. They say they would call back and never called back and when I call the manager it just sent me to a voicemail, I leave a message and don't get a return call. Then when I call customer service to this location they either just hang up on you or put you on hold and then hang up on you. You can never get through to anyone. They answer but hang up on you one way or the other. So sad. I'm trying to get my money back. I guess I might have to go through my bank.
