Miss Adanare was so knowledgeable about the unique product I was looking for and she knew right and then how to satisfy my need in helping me find what I was looking for in order to restore my car trim to black again. She provides a great customer service to everyone asking her for help. I would recommend any customer to look for Adanare.

I visited this Home Depot to exchange a plant that had started falling apart. I did not have the original receipt from about two months ago, which I understand can make a return/exchange more difficult. However, the customer service associate helping me, Ryan, visibly rolled his eyes and held his head when I explained that I did not have the receipt. I found that dismissive and unprofessional. I was not rude to him, and there was no reason for that reaction while I was simply trying to resolve a routine exchange. I even offered to have the transaction located using the credit card used for the purchase. I also went back to my car to retrieve my driver’s license so my identity could be verified. Neither option was attempted before I was met with visible frustration. I did speak with a manager afterward, and I want to note that the manager handled the situation respectfully and said he would address it. I appreciate that response. I am posting this because I do not want the issue to get lost internally. If corporate or store leadership acknowledges that this was addressed, I am willing to remove or update this review.

I want to give a big shout-out to Lloyd in the painting section at Home Depot. He is a mid age gentleman with outstanding knowledge and the best customer service attitude. He took his time explaining everything, matched my paint perfectly, and made the whole process easy. Employees like him make a huge difference. Thank you, Loyad, for your excellent service!

I went to the store and have some issues that miss Julie did resolve horrible. So easy and fast. She is the best out of any Home Depot. Store. I wish that Store will be Always through the rest of my Life. On my way. There is no worries that I can use to describe how happy and impress feel about Miss Julie and the Store.

We were trying to make a purchase online through the Home Depot website, but we were having difficulties. The system kept glitching when it was time to complete the payment. We decided to go to the store for assistance and went directly to Pro Services. There, we met Qyana, and she went above and beyond to help us. She was very friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She assisted us with completing our purchase and made everything so much easier. This was probably the best customer service experience I have ever had. We truly appreciate you, Qyana. Thank you for your outstanding support!
