I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady who helped me, she probably was in her late 40s early 50s but she had short hair and she was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have more people like her, she told me what the policies were of the store and I respected that but she didn’t stop until she found a solution god I wish I remembered her name but she has to be praised!! Her and another gentleman decided to save the day and cut my corner V for my sheet rock even though I was buying it all they were amazing I wish I remembered their name!!! Thank you for having employees that will go the extra mile and not settle for a no we can’t help you!!! Thank you Home Depot for hiring exceptional people on this team!! When I remember their name I will update this post!!!!!

I enjoy my shopping experience at Home Depot. Lots of years shopping at northwest frwy location the majority of it has been a great experience. I was there looking for an item to complete a project. A nice young man helped me in the lumber dept, he was attentive, knowledgeable and has a good personality. I shared some gum with him, I hate I forgot his name. I enjoy recognizing good help, but I gave him the measurements and took it from there. To complete the project I would need a saw. I told Abraham that I needed to buy a saw but I didn't know what size or kind and showed him why I needed the saw. Abraham took the small piece of wood and he completed my project for me. He sawed the small piece of wood off, while I helped him hold the board. Abraham went above and beyond in giving great service. When I got home that piece of board fit perfectly. If you want good service come visit my favorite Home Depot, they treat you right. Their knowledgeable, and willing to help. Now days good service has flown out the window at some establishment. I won't name any names. But you point and I'll whistle. Thank you Home Depot for hiring good team players !

Customer service sucks the pregnant lady (supervisor) she is not the right person to deal with. First she said the order wasn't here after I received the email confirming the order was ready for pickup. After I left they called me that they got it and I had to come back to the store. Later when they were loading the flooring palet on the truck she was refusing to put in good position to fit in the truck and when I requested she said "oh my god " and the question is if you don't want to work stay home and don't work. But she actually suggested to the guy just leave the pallet on the floor and tell me to use my hands to load the pallet by my self. At the end the guy just did his work on the forklift and made it fit. But she was like desesperate. She is definitely not good.

This review is specifically for Ibrihim in the Rentals area. I stopped by the store today to make copies of my keys and there was no one there to help. I went to the rentals desk to ask for help and Ibrihim was more than willing to help. He was very polite and friendly and made the copies I needed. 5 stars for Ibrihim :)
