No one came to assist me. I wanted to buy $300 in gravel and paving stones to fix a low spot behind my house. When I came in through the garden department I asked if they could get someone to help me. I heard them page for help for me and then I waited. No one ever came so I went back to the person that I saw when I came in and told them that no one came and the only thing they said was sorry and good luck with your project. On my way to Lowe's I guess.

I went to the Home Depot on Hillcroft. I waited for 30 minutes to get help with a trimmer. No one responded so I left and went to the location on Chinmey Rock. What a big difference. I was greeted at the door by a young man named Silver and asked how could help me . He got the trimmer and a few other things I was looking for. Silver was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was checking out and my way back home in 20 minutes. Thank you for the great customer service

We were so thoroughly impressed with the attentive and helpful service at this location, as well as their extensive inventory. They had everything we needed, even the obscure bits, and led us right to it! Will definitely be back for any home improvement needs.

Mr. John T And Ms kayusha.., i apologize for the misspelling if so. They stopped what they were doing, Just to assist me and make sure I was taken care of before walking out. And the ladies at the self checkout, very, very helpful, very kind respectful,great customer service As well as the people up in returns, very helpful.Very kind. I was in and out with no headache. Great team work yall.!! I ill be back to this location definitely.!

I had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to the manager Mr Jan . He was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful. He took the time to listen, solved my issue quickly, and made sure everything was handled the right way. You can tell he truly cares about customers and his team. Managers like him make a big difference and are the reason I’ll keep coming back to this store. Highly recommend!
