I would like to recognize Anup for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism. During my earlier visits to this store,I did not receive no customer service at all and nobody even asked me what I need help with ,but my experience changed completely after interacting with him . Because of his helpful attitude,patience and professionalism,I now specifically come to this store looking for him .He made me feel valued as a customer and ensured that all my questions and need were addressed clearly and respectfully. His service left such a positive impression that I have also referred my relatives and friends to visit this store and ask for him specifically. He is a great asset to the team and truly represents outstanding customer service.

Every single time I come here I always face a very rude employee, and today I had to deal with 3 of them. 1st one didn't want to acknowledge me after nicely saying excuse me I just need to grab an item from Aisle 18 bay 13(gated cage), the other 2 in customer service didn't want to warranty my defective item and her coworker giggling after I asked for a manager then carrying out a completely different conversation infront of me as if I'm not infront of them needing assistance! This will be taken to corporate!

This is one of the sorriest locations in Houston’s south side. They never have anything online but when you come in yourself it’s there. When you order something curbside it’s just a joke. No one wants to come out to bring your things. The workers barely know how to make a copy of keys, they rather you go the high as hell key kiosk that charge you $9.99 for a standard key when they can do it for $3.99-$5.99. I really don’t understand why this location is still open. The absolute worst.

It's a big box store with construction supplies and tools duh 😀 I prefer Orange over blue only because there's more locations to choose from. They used to have an exceptional return policy not so much anymore. Some stores are a little bigger and carry a few more items. The closer you are to downtown the more expensive the stores get marginally. Cuz property value.
